I have bought 5 vehicles from greater lowell alway a class A dealership.

all saftey recalls were addressed,and the service dept. was very accomadating

Greeted by name when I walked in for my scheduled appointment. My truck went right in the service bay for oil change and tire rotation. They topped off fluids. I had coffee and watched television while I waited.

Eric was very personable and helpful. I was a little bummed out that my car wasn't, at least, rinsed off. Is it gone are the days when you get your car washed when bringing it in to be serviced?
