Was there when they opened. Had an oil change and tire rotation. Out by eight twenty. car washed, fluids refilled, and a complete happy customer when I left.

they were great, need to replace my backup camera, they got it done quick and with no problems. they fix what you need and don't try to up sell you with extra service. that's why i continue to have my vehicles serviced there.

I had an appointment and they were ready for me when I got there. Took my truck in right away and was finished in less time than expected. Great service as always. Chris is very professional and very friendly.

Friendly, professional and expedient service

I have been a customer since 2019 when I bought my 2019 GMC Arcadia . I also had a friend go there and he also bought a new vehicle there. I called last week for an oil change and could not get an appointment until yesterday at 10am. There were very busy at the desk but one of the fellows asked if I was all set and he took my keys and away he went. He never asked if I needed a ride or was waiting. Well I waited 2 hours for my vehicle to have an oil change! This is unacceptable, My time is worth more than the $10 coupon that was taken off of my bill! In the past I called the dealership for a quote on tires for the same vehicle and never got a response, so I purchased them elsewhere. My point is that I would like to do business with the dealer that I purchased the vehicle from but they are making it hard to want to keep coming back especially when I can go anywhere for a $100.00 oil change and tire rotation! A 20 minute job that took 2 hours and yes I���ll guarantee that they all make more than $10 per hour!

Everything went well, but it was really expensive.

The wait took a little longer than expected for making an appointment, about 2 hours. Didn���t have a part needed to correct a grinding noise under the driver seat, but an order had been placed and I will need to come back for that repair.

Set up appointment with David. Explained the problem and he was able to explain what the repair would entail. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Vehicle was ready when promised.

Had a nail in my tire, Chris was able to get me in right away and have it fixed.

The service was excellent as usual. And the free lunch (Pizza, Calzones, Garden Salad, and drinks) was excellent as well.
