Confirmed Service Customer
I have been a customer since 2019 when I bought my 2019 GMC Arcadia . I also had a friend go there and he also bought a new vehicle there. I called last week for an oil change and could not get an appointment until yesterday at 10am. There were very busy at the desk but one of the fellows asked if I was all set and he took my keys and away he went. He never asked if I needed a ride or was waiting. Well I waited 2 hours for my vehicle to have an oil change! This is unacceptable, My time is worth more than the $10 coupon that was taken off of my bill! In the past I called the dealership for a quote on tires for the same vehicle and never got a response, so I purchased them elsewhere. My point is that I would like to do business with the dealer that I purchased the vehicle from but they are making it hard to want to keep coming back especially when I can go anywhere for a $100.00 oil change and tire rotation! A 20 minute job that took 2 hours and yes I���ll guarantee that they all make more than $10 per hour!
