Went for a wheel alignment and I was told the bolts in the rear axle are stuck therefore they can't do the rear alignment. Gave me a quote for $1400 plus to replace the rear axles. On my way home, I realize the alignment has became worse after your technician worked on it. A day later I took the car to Goodyear to have the alignment done. The technician at Goodyear did the alignment and now my car drives straight. Your staff wasn't honest and very deceiving. I feel like they were trying to sell me service the car didn't need. The only thing your mechanic did on my car was making the alignment worse than the way it was before and still charged me $129.00 for an alignment that couldn't be done only by your technician.
