Pluses: The issues with my car were resolved. Chris was very professional and pleasant. Minus: My car was not ready on the day of the service. This happened the last two times I brought my car in. In both cases the car was there the night before and I had an early morning appointment yet when I called in the afternoon, they had not even looked at the car. Prices are very steep. It cost $2K to have a water pump and serpentine belt replaced. Labor alone was $1,400. Not a good experience when your car is not ready on the day of the appointment and the price for repair is extremely high.
