Confirmed Service Customer
Every time I bring my Acadia to the dealership the service gets worse and worse. I brought the car to the dealership to have a recall taken care of as I received a call on June 24 saying the part was in only to find out at 4:00 that the part was not in. The service advisor told me that warranty parts are usually held on to for 30-45 days before going back to GMC. I booked the appointment on line for the earliest appointment 7:00 in the morning. This is poor service. So basically I waited all day for an oil change and for them to tell me the bad news that the car needed $4000 worth of service done to it. Needless to say they charged me a diagnostic fee which I am also upset about. Why do they wait until they are about to close or the advisor is a Louth to leave to call me and tell me the bad news. It is not easy planning to drop off the car with an expectation of having everything done when I pick it up. Not having things done and having to reschedule appointments is such an inconvenience. I will never be returning to this dealership.I will travel further to drop off my car to a different dealership.
