Confirmed Service Customer
I arrived at 7:30am for my appointment, I was there before the service department employees, waiting in my vehicle at the service front door, other people came after me, and I was the last to be checked in and out. My appointment was for oil change and tire rotation, for some reason, they decided only to do the oil change. I drove 30 minutes to make the appointment. The service desk professionalism is lack to Desire.

Everyone was very polite and friendly. The waiting room was comfortable, bathrooms, clean, staff is great.
